Privacy Policy

Room Zero Publisher is operated by WeiCity Inc as a private tool for invited creators. It uses YouTube API Services to manage only YouTube channels that the creator explicitly authorizes. Each project is bound to one selected channel. This policy explains the information the tool uses and how the creator can control it. Google's own handling of information is explained in the Google Privacy Policy.

Information we use

With separate Google OAuth consent for each channel, we receive an authorization token and may access that channel's identity and the videos, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, playlists, visibility settings and publication status needed for the requested actions. We do not request or store a Google or YouTube password. The creator separately supplies original audio, lyrics and artwork; the tool stores project state, channel binding, generated videos and covers, and the creator's approval decisions. The Telegram Mini App receives Telegram identity data to restrict access to invited operators.

Purpose and sharing

We use these data to make previews, upload finished videos privately for review, set thumbnails and metadata, manage playlists, and schedule or make a video public only after the creator's approval. Project files and policy acceptance records are held in private Azure storage; OAuth credentials are held in Azure Key Vault. Data are shared with Google/YouTube only to perform authorized YouTube actions and with our cloud service providers to operate the tool. We do not sell user information or serve advertising, and this site does not use advertising trackers.

Control, revocation and deletion

The creator decides whether to approve, return or schedule each video. To disconnect YouTube or request deletion of stored YouTube data and credentials, email z@wei.city. We will stop authorized API use and remove the related stored data as soon as possible, within seven calendar days of a direct revocation request. You can also revoke access at any time in Google Account security settings; after a Google-side revocation is detected, we remove the related API data as soon as possible, within 30 calendar days. Separately supplied project assets can be deleted on request. Published videos remain under the creator's YouTube account until the creator removes them there.

Security and questions

Access to the production workspace is restricted to invited operators. We use private cloud storage and secret management for tokens. For privacy questions, complaints or deletion requests, contact z@wei.city.
